Why is only the top level displayed when adding organizations to the Scope filter?

Scope filter criteria (organisations, locations or tags) can be added to processes or objects in the Detail Content.

If you select a level from the architecture under "Organizations", all levels below are automatically selected.

In the Detail Content of the process or object, however, only the top level is displayed - for reasons of clarity:

When the user applies the Scope filter, all levels are of course taken into account.
