How to insert links and texts in an "editor" graphic?

Currently there are different options for inserting links in the editor graphic:

Option 1: Freely configurable link (e.g. Symbio-Permalink or link to Sharepoint/Intranet):

To store Texts in all configurable languages, the "Text" module can be used (right mouse button "Edit free text"):
