Request for "Expired" cannot be initiated

If the request for "Expired" for a process - and the corresponding status does not appear for selection in the drop-down menu (despite filling in all mandatory fields and following the validation rules), it may be due to the following:

- the request for "Expired" has already been submitted, but

- not all parties have agreed so far, i.e. the status of the process remains "Released" or "Released & valid".
