Ideally, you send us your inquiries via this page of the ticket portal. In addition, you can always contact our central service address at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order to start the support process as soon as possible, we would like to ask you to provide us with as much information as possible with your first request:
- Company name and contact person
- Symbio version and component (e.g. Symbio Web 5.5)
- Detailed description of the request
Please also include the following files with your request (if applicable):
- Log files
If you send us the data in these ways, you will receive a service ID and will be continuously informed about the further progress/status.
