What Application roles are available and what permissions do they have?

The following describes the user roles in Symbio and their permissions:

Viewer:

- view released processes

- give feedback on processes

- create Manuals

Author:

- all viewer rights

- create and edit process flows

- send process to the release

- receive feedback

Approver:

- all viewer and author rights

- approve or reject processes

Architect:

- all viewer and author rights

- create and edit the process architecture

- manage repository objects

Administrator:

- all viewer, author and architect rights

- manage users and user groups

- edit the CI

- create variants and tags

- configure the mail server
